*Our powder coating is UV and fuel resistant. It makes the part wash off easier and lasts a lot longer than normal paint. ( Looks killer too! ) It is ideal for almost any quad part. We also powder coat non-quad related parts. Your part must be metal and able to withstand 400 - 450 degrees during the painting process.
*Parts that are to be painted with a translucent color need to be polished first or base coated with a powdercoat chrome to get a reflective mirror-like finish. This makes the part look like "colored chrome". We can polish the part for a small additional fee if you don't want to.
*Other parts need to be sandblasted if possible, or at least clean. We will also sandblast or clean your part if needed for a small fee.
Standard colors :
White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple (light or dark), Blue, Aqua,Teal, Green (lime, medium or dark), Gray, Black : (satin, semi gloss, high gloss, mirror)
Gloss clear, Satin clear
Mirror black is awesome!!!
Wrinkle finishes:
Black, Red , Midnight Blue
Textured:
Silver vein (similar to lonestar), Gold vein, Copper vein, White silver vein, Silver hammertone
Translucents :
Red (this color is way cool ), Blue (this one too), Gold, Orange, Violet, Teal, Green, Magenta, Grape
(these translucents give you that colored chrome look that I was talking about)
Special colors:
Chrome smoke, Chrome, Gold, Black tint, Grape flake
Fluorescents :
Yellow, Green, Orange, Pink
Extreme high temp :
Satin black, Stainless steel, Gray, Silver
(Good to 1000 degrees, some loss of sheen is normal once parts are put into use. Good for pipes.)
Iridescent colors:
Amber, Indigo, Aquamarine, Amethyst, Emerald
(Best if used over mirror black.)
